Mary-Hannah Klontz
Mrs. Klontz received her M.M. from Eastman School of Music, and her B.M.E. from University of Akron. She is a music specialist and the Honors Chorus director for the Arlington.Virginia public schools. She holds a Level III certificate in Orff/Schulwerk. She is associate music director at Redeemer Lutheran Church in McLean, VA. Although much of her work is as a vocalist, she is also an experienced pianist and french hornist. Mary-Hannah began studies in Creative Motion as a child with Marilyn Alcala.

Mary Hannah has been quite active in the Creative Motion Alliance and currently serves as President of the Creative Motion Executive Board. She has taught a variety of classes at Windswept, including Student Extensions, Adult Applied Creative Motion (foundations), Music Education Classes and Seminars, Student Appiled Performance Class and has assisted in Master Classes and other classes as well. A gifted vocalist, French horn player and Music Educator, Mary Hannah is a true asset to Creative Motion.
Mary Hannah lives near Washington, DC with her husband, Paul, who is a professional musician, and their two daughters who are also active in music. |
