put your best foot forward and get a leg up on the competition! Learn how to tune your body to harness its’ natural flow of energy to create a more confident, effortless and musical performance.  The body is the first instrument and once it is in tune with your goals, you will gain improved breath control, accuracy, range and musical expression.  Exercises in this class will include deep breathing, visualization, and easy movements that follow the meter and rhythm of the music.  These techniques will be applied to standard orchestral excerpts for trumpet.  Bring your instrument, tennis shoes (or stocking feet), water and comfortable clothing for an experience that will energize you and your playing!
