SHHHHH! Silent Auction

Suggestions for Silent Auction donations:

CD’s, original art, musical clocks, bath&beauty products, printed music, T-shirts with logos, Beanie Babies, picture frames, sunglasses, music boxes, jewelry, stuffed animals, well, you get the idea!
The Creative Motion Alliance, Inc.
currently hosts the annual silent auction
during the Windswept Music Workshop.

It’s always fun and full of interesting things to buy!
We need your donations too,
so bring new or gently used items to donate.
 
SILENT AUCTION HOURS
Auction set-up Sunday-Monday.
Auction opens - Monday 9:30pm - 11pm
Tuesday 1:00-2:00pm; 9:30-11pm
Wednesday 3-5pm and 9:30-11pm
Thursday 1:00-2:00pm; re-opens at 9:30pm
FINAL BIDDING
Auction closes 11pm Thursday.

Winning bidders are notified Thursday & Friday. You may pay for auction items and other purchases made throughout the week on Friday evening 9:00-11pm in the main lobby, then you can pick-up your treasures from the auction too!
How it works: After you register and settle in to your room, bring your donations to the silent auction room and pick up one bid sheet for each item you decide to donate.

(If you want to do this ahead of time while you are packing, you can download blank bid sheets by clicking here.)

The donated item and the bid sheet may be left for final placement. Auction volunteers will then assign an item number to each item and a small sticker with the matching number will be placed on the item you are donating.
 
Unable to attend this year? Of course we will miss you but you may still make a donation!
