We will make every effort to get your purchases to you as soon as possible. When you place your order using our online system through Paypal® an email message is sent to the individuals in charge of our merchandise storage facilities in Missouri and in Texas.

Those individuals use the U.S. Postal Service media mail services, or another ground delivery carrier for items purchased from the bookstore. Your items should be received within 1-2 weeks. If your items require special handling, please contact us directly so we can try to meet your needs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please let us know.
