Windswept participants learn about the principles of Creative Motion, traits of energy and a means by which one can put this knowledge into practice for a more authentic, efficient, and satisfying result. Music is perfect medium for exploring these principles due to the interplay of the musical elements which have a corresponding energy trait which may be experience kinesthetically.
